Steps to Register and Generate a Token on eSanjeevani
1. Visit the official eSanjeevani website or download the mobile app on iOS and Android.
2. Select “Patient Registration” at the top of the page.
3. Enter your mobile number and click “Send OTP.”
4. Confirm the OTP sent to your mobile number.
5. Complete all required fields on the registration page.
6. Request token generation.
7. Upload any relevant health records.
8. After completing these steps, you will receive a Patient ID and Token via SMS.
9. Click on the “Patient Login” tab and log in with the Token ID.
10. Enter your mobile number or Patient ID along with the Token Number.
11. Click “Login” to start using the platform.
To schedule an appointment, enter the name of the clinic. If other appointments are scheduled before yours, you will be assigned a serial number; otherwise, you will be the first in line.
