About MHADA Lottery 2025
MHADA has introduced this year’s lottery with over 2035 units available in popular Mumbai neighborhoods such as Powai, Malad, Wadala, and others. This initiative aims to offer affordable housing solutions to Maharashtra residents, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Eligibility for flat categories is determined by family income:
- Economic Weaker Section (EWS): Annual family income up to ₹6 lakh.
- Lower Income Group (LIG): Annual family income between ₹6 lakh and ₹9 lakh.
- Middle Income Group (MIG): Annual family income between ₹9 lakh and ₹12 lakh.
- High Income Group (HIG): Annual family income above ₹12 lakh.

- On the new page, click on the “Start Now” button.
- Enter your PAN number for verification.
- After PAN verification, create an MHADA account with a username and password.
- Select the lottery scheme you wish to apply for.
- Pay the registration fee according to your income category.
- After payment, you will receive a confirmation message indicating successful registration for the MHADA Lottery 2025.
