Step 1: Friends, first of all you need to go to the portal of the website sancharsaathi.gov.in. (सबसे पहले आपको वेबसाइट sancharsathi.gov.in के पोर्टल पर जाना होगा)
Step 2: After that, after scrolling down a bit on the home page of the portal, you have to click on the option Know Your Mobile Connection TAFCOP. (इसके बाद पोर्टल के होम पेज पर थोड़ा नीचे स्क्रॉल करने के बाद आपको नो योर मोबाइल कनेक्शन TAFCOP के विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।)
Step 3: Now after coming to tafcop website you have to login. For that you have to enter your mobile number and enter the cap given below. And after that an OTP will be sent to your mobile number, you have to enter it. And then click on Log In option. (अब tafcop वेबसाइट पर आने के बाद आपको लॉगइन करना होगा। इसके लिए आपको अपना मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा और नीचे दी गई कैप डालनी होगी। और उसके बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर एक ओटीपी भेजा जाएगा, उसे आपको दर्ज करना होगा। और फिर लॉग इन विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।)
Step 4: Now on the next page you will get to see the list of which SIM cards are active in your name. The mobile numbers given in this list are shown in the first four and last four. If you are using all these numbers, then there is no need to do anything. (अब अगले पेज पर आपको यह लिस्ट देखने को मिलेगी कि आपके नाम पर कौन-कौन से सिम कार्ड एक्टिव हैं। इस सूची में दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पहले चार और आखिरी चार में दिखाए गए हैं। अगर आप इन सभी नंबरों का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं तो कुछ भी करने की जरूरत नहीं है.)
Friends, suppose a number from the given list is not yours and you want to report it, first of all you have to select that number. After that there are three options below that number.
- Not My Number (मतलब ये मेरा नंबर नहीं है. यदि आप यह नंबर नहीं जानते हैं तो आपको रिपोर्ट करने के लिए इस विकल्प का चयन करना होगा)
- Not Required (यदि आपने पहले इस नंबर का उपयोग किया है और यदि आप वर्तमान में इस नंबर का उपयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं और यदि आप इस नंबर को अपने आधार से हटाना चाहते हैं तो इस विकल्प का चयन करें।)
- Required
So friends, those numbers which you have never used, you don’t know them, while closing them first you have to select one of the above three reasons i.e. option and then click on Report button.
After clicking on the Report button, your request (report) is accepted. You will get the above message. In this, the Report Number or Complaint Number or Reference Number is also generated and shown to you. You want to save this number.
You don’t need to do anything after this. You have reported the unknown or unwanted number to TRAI. Now your report will be forwarded to the company to which the SIM belongs and the number will be blocked.
