The Indian government has initiated the Digital Campaign since 2015. Under this campaign, the government provides various governmental documents and services in digital form to the citizens. The National Voter Services Portal of the Election Commission of India and the Voter Helpline app are part of these initiatives. Through this app, you can apply for voter identification cards. In today’s article, we provide you with standardized information on how to prepare a new voter ID card using your Aadhaar card. Voter identification is necessary for voting.
All citizens of India who have completed 18 years of age can apply for a voter ID card. For this facility, the Election Commission of India has started the “Voter Helpline” app. Through this app, all eligible citizens can apply for a voter ID card.
Those who have not yet registered for a voter ID card can apply for one through the official app of the Election Commission of India. There is no need to visit any government office to register for a voter identification card.
If you only have an Aadhaar card and have turned 18 years old, you can apply for a voter ID card online in just a few minutes through the Voter Helpline app. This will save you time and money.
